Connectivity

Ensure you purchase the correct type of printer for your needs. The Sunmi NT311 is Android compatible but will not work on most apple products.

  • Cannot connect to Bluetooth? – Ensure the printer is in pairing mode, make sure the tablet is compatible with the printer. Reset the printer and try to connect to the device again. If you are having issues connecting to the Uber Eats App, contact the Uber Eats Technical Department using the contact details found in your Uber Eats Dashboard.
Software

For software related issues (Mainly Uber Eats Application) please speak to the Uber Eats Technical Department using the contact details found in your Uber Eats Dashboard. As we sell printers on behalf of Uber Technologies we do not support the application itself.

Hardware

You’ll be provided with a standard printer and the power supply for your chosen region (UK or EU). If you have not been provided with a power cable or have been given an incorrect type, please contact us at [email protected] and we will have a new one shipped to you.

  • Printer not turning on? – Make sure you have the correct power cable, double check it is plugged in properly. If this does not work, unplug the power cable and hold down the power button for 10-15 seconds. Plug the printer back in and turn it on. If the printer will not work at all on delivery, please visit our returns and refunds page for more information.
